I have been having mixed salads for my daily breakfast for 42 months. I feel good.
I will add content of my salads later. They are not so expensive but I need to take sometimes to go shop at selective groceries.
The mix includes cherry tomatoes, kiwi, pomegranate, spinach, arugula, baby kale, frisee, and some other greens. The sauce I have are champaign sauce and extra virgin olive oil.
